It makes a difference if you are an ICF Global member or not, and there are a options for registration; Full Registration, or Specific Event Registration.
Please read the following policies before you register.
ICF Global Member Discount
ICF Global members are eligible for the “ICF Global Members” pricing for full registration only. In order to be eligible for this pricing, please note the following:
Registrants must be a member of ICF Global at the time of registration (note: a membership with a local ICF chapter does not mean an individual is a member of ICF Global). Please direct questions regarding membership with ICF Global to email@example.com
Registrants must enter their ICF Global membership number in the appropriate field on the registration form at the time of registration. Membership numbers may be obtained at www.coachfederation.org
All ICF Global memberships expire on March 31, 2018. To remain eligible for the ICF Global member discount, memberships must be renewed by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2018. Conference registrations for lapsed ICF Global memberships will remain in place; however, the difference between the discounted ICF Global member rate and the non-discounted rate will be required. The difference paid will correspond with the rate paid at time of registration (e.g. those who registered for the discounted ICF Global Member Early-Bird rate - $497.00 – will have to pay the difference between it and the Non ICF Global member Early-Bird rate - $627.00).
ICF Global membership renewals for the discounted rate will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2018 and you are encouraged to renew your membership regardless.
Conference leadership will verify your eligibility for the ICF Global member rate with ICF Global after June 4, 2018.
The Full Conference registration includes participation in any session from June 21st, 12:00 pm to June 23, 2018, 2:00 pm, including the Heinz History Center Reception on Thursday, June 21, and meals (breakfasts, lunches and snack breaks). Payments for registration are processed via PayPal.
The conference fee does not include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
Conference registration is for the person who registered only; one registration cannot be split between two, or more people.

You have two options for payment during Early Bird pricing:

2. Split your payment by paying 1st payment of $250 at time of initial Full registration and 2nd payment $247 due by March 16
If second payment is not received by March 16, registrant will be charged regular conference pricing (second payment of $377).
**Please note when you arrive at the payment page, you can adjust the amount you pay by clicking on the pencil icon. During Early Bird Pricing a minimum payment for $250 is required to register.**
Early Bird Non ICF Global members Full Registration
Total cost $627
You have two options for payment during Early Bird pricing:
1. Pay in Full $627
2. Split your payment by paying 1st payment of $250 at time of initial Full registration and 2nd payment $377 due by March 16
If second payment is not received by March 16, registrant will be charged regular conference pricing (second payment of $497).

Internal Coaching Intensive: Design Your Ideal Internal Coaching Program
Are you interested in creating an internal coaching program? Do you believe your organization could benefit from a formal internal coaching program but aren’t sure how to get started or what an internal coaching program might look like?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this session is designed for you. During this half-day intensive you’ll have the opportunity to connect with and learn from several coaches who are a part of thriving internal coaching programs. The morning will start with a panel discussion where the coaches will share background information about their programs, keys to success, and lessons learned along the way. You will also have the opportunity to work in small groups with expert internal coaches in order to dig deeper and explore how to build an internal coaching program within your organization, where to start, how to gain internal buy-in. If you already have an internal coaching program started, share your program and find out if there are ways you can make your program go to the next level.
Additional Guest Registration for Evening Reception at the Heinz History Center, Thursday June 21, 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
**Please note that this option is only for an additional guest for the Heinz HistoryCenter reception. Full Registration includes attendance at the opening reception.**
Attendees who pay for a Full Conference Registration or an Event Registration may request a one time transfer of the registration to one other person. Please email the Registration Chair, firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Transfers will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on June 18, 2018. Other restrictions may apply.
If the Conference is close to selling out, a wait list will be utilized. Policies regarding the wait list will be published at that time on the Conference website.
